PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Circadian health offers the reintegration of natural rhythms to facilitate time management and restore vitality. The movement of the day, night, and seasons directs the functions of the body. The intention is to coordinate one’s schedule with the movement of the day according to individual constitution, imbalance, and season. There are seasons of the day, seasons of the year, and seasons of life according to age and opportunity. Adopting seasonally appropriate behavior results in the harmonious workings of the body. The Circadian Health Offering is built around the four pillars of diet, exercise, nature, and meditation.
the four pillars
Diet:
Seasonally appropriate, fresh, and whole foods. Balanced, nutritious meals personalized for individual constitution, prepared intentionally and eaten at appropriate times.
Exercise:
Movement supports circulation, endurance, strength, and flexibility. Exercise is personalized, including practices like yoga and qigong, and is timed, duration, and intensity-specific to align with natural rhythms and manage energy.
Nature:
Daily engagement with natural surroundings, including walks and weekend excursions, fosters a connection with nature and aligns with seasonal changes.
Meditation:
Meditation enhances awareness, beginning with simple practices like sitting meditation, inquiry and reflections on nature.
